Cancellation Policy

Once a deposit is received, we block this time off our calendar and take no inquiries for that time period. Thus, it is necessary for some of your deposit to be kept unless there are extenuating circumstances which we deem appropriate for a full refund.

If you cancel 2 months or more prior to your arrival date, 50% of your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel 1-2 months prior, you will receive 25% of your deposit as a refund. There is no deposit refund 1 month or less before arrival date..

In ANY case the TOTAL refund will be returned if we rent your time slot. We trust you find this arrangement fair as fairness is extremely important to us.
